Welwyn & The Ayot's Beat surgery survey

I am messaging to request your participation in a survey around whether you would find a beat surgery at Welwyn Civic Centre bi-weekly beneficial, if I could ask you to fill out the survey for me at your earliest convenience I can then look to organise something that benefits the community and timed to maximise attendance.
